Monthly and yearly paid plans

Paid ThesisDrive plans renew on the billing cadence selected at checkout. These rules apply to user-requested plan changes from the profile page.

Billing cadence

Plans renew monthly or yearly. Renewal happens automatically unless you cancel it before the next billing date.

Monthly to yearly

Monthly-to-yearly changes can start right away. Unused monthly time is credited, and the yearly plan opens one 14-day yearly switch window.

Yearly switch window

Yearly plans get one 14-day window to switch to another paid plan. Using it does not start a new 14-day window.

Yearly to monthly

Yearly-to-monthly starts a monthly cycle right away. Stripe credits unused yearly time and adds the new monthly charge on the same invoice.

Yearly to yearly

Yearly-to-yearly commits the account to the selected yearly plan for the annual cycle. It uses the 14-day yearly switch window and does not start a new one.

Queued changes

After an immediate plan change, later changes queue for the next billing cycle from the profile page.

Canceling renewal

Canceling renewal stops the next charge. WebDAV access stays active through the current paid period.

End of paid access

When the paid period ends, paid service stops and files stay available during the retention window.

Refunds

Refund request policy

Canceling renewal mid-cycle does not automatically refund the current paid period. Immediate service cancellation has a separate refund window.

14-day window

If you end paid service immediately within 14 days after a paid period starts, ThesisDrive can refund the unused prepaid amount to the card on file.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, canceling renewal stops the next charge but does not automatically refund the current paid period.

When to contact us

Contact ThesisDrive if a charge looks duplicate, unauthorized, mistaken, or tied to a service problem that blocked normal use.

Manual review

Manual refund requests are reviewed one at a time. If a refund is granted, account access may end or change depending on the reason and timing.

Exports

Account downloads

Export requests

Directory exports are generated on request from the account page.

One archive

A new export replaces that account's previous export archive.

Deleted accounts

Deleting your account disables WebDAV immediately. Files are kept only for the retention window, and you can export your folder during that time.
