This page explains how ThesisDrive handles paid subscriptions, renewal cancellation, file export access, and refund requests. It is written to keep billing expectations plain before anyone starts a paid plan.
Paid ThesisDrive plans renew monthly unless you cancel renewal before the next billing date.
Upgrades may happen immediately with a prorated Stripe charge. Downgrades are scheduled for the next billing cycle unless the app says otherwise.
If you cancel renewal, your WebDAV access stays active until the end of the current paid cycle. After that, service pauses and your files remain available during the retention window.
Deleting your account disables service immediately, schedules file deletion after the retention window, and lets you download your folder during that window.
Unless required by law, monthly subscription charges are generally not automatically prorated or refunded when you cancel renewal after a billing period has started. You can keep using ThesisDrive through the paid period you already purchased.
Contact ThesisDrive if you believe a charge was duplicate, unauthorized, made in error, or tied to a service problem that prevented normal use.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a refund is granted, account access may end or be adjusted depending on the reason and timing.
This page is a plain-language billing summary, not a complete legal agreement. Subscription, cancellation, and refund rules can vary by location, so ThesisDrive may update this page as requirements change.
